Print at Home tickets will be emailed at the beginning of June.
If you selected for your 2022 tickets to be mailed, we will first try to email them to the address on file. If you do not receive them by June 5, please email us.
If you purchased tickets September 2021 to present and selected for your tickets to be mailed, they will be mailed the week of May 23rd.
Will Call tickets will remain at Will Call at the box office the night of the concerts.
There is a very high potential for this to happen as we navigate delivering tickets purchased for the 2022 concert dates. It will be best to keep one set and shred the duplicate set. Barcodes may only be scanned once for entry, making the duplicate ticket invalid.

I purchased tickets through a third party site like Ticketmaster, Stubhub or VividSeats. Are my tickets good?
For 2022 concert dates, we can only look up and validate tickets purchased through ETix.
All other purchasing portals are considered third party and we cannot guarantee them.
You can change your contact information by emailing us with a receipt or picture of the ticket and the new information.
One clear bag is allowed per guest. Traditional stadium seats with backs are not allowed. Fabric only seat cushions 16″ or less in width are allowed. See Wild West Arena Regulations for more details.
Pets are not allowed in the Wild West Arena. Please do not bring them onto the premises or leave them in your car. Even with the windows open, it is too hot for them and there is no shade in our parking areas.
