Lindy Quaney

“Reaching Beyond the Stars!”

Lindy M. Quaney was Miss Rodeo Nebraska in 2004. During her year she was able to go to as many as 13 states and Canada. The one thing that impacted her most was the people that opened there homes and hearts to her. The generosity that she was given was overwhelming. At the Miss Rodeo America Pageant, Lindy received the central region scholarship which is given to the girl with the most points in her region, she won the state table award, and 3rd place scrapbook award.

Things have not slowed down for her at all. She is a very active member of the Miss Rodeo Nebraska Assoc. and serves on committees such as the Pageant and Lil Cowgirls Clinic!

Lindy is working full time for Mid-Plains Community College where  she is the Assistant for the Dean of Enrollment Management and an assistant recruiter. On May 26, 2007 she will be getting married to Josh Hiatt and plans to call North Platte home. She also recently bought a house and has 2 dogs and a cat that keep her very busy! In her free time she still enjoys judging pageants and speech contests and spending time traveling.
