Ainsworth named Community of the Year
NEBRASKAland DAYS Officials have announced that the Brown County Community has been named the NEBRASKAland DAYS Community Of the Year. The designation allows residents to attend most major NEBRASKAland DAYS events at no charge.

“We’re pleased to invite the good folks of Ainsworth down to sample NEBRASKA’s Official State Celebration,” said Executive Director David Fudge. “We think once people see what we have to offer, they’ll become lifelong fans.”
Ainsworth becomes the fifth Community of the year, following Wahoo, West Point, Central City, and Hemingford.
NEBRASKAland DAYS Officials were joined by Miss Rodeo Nebraska 2012 Sierra Pederson as they spent time at a gathering at Ainsworth Motors.
People with a valid Nebraska Drivers License with Ainsworth as their home address can come to any performance of the PRCA Buffalo Bill Rodeo. There will also be a limited number of free tickets available for NEBRASKAland DAYS 2012 Concert lineup featuring Toby Keith and Daughtry.
