Wild West Arena

Whether you’re organizing a team roping or planning a wedding, the Wild West Arena and the Wild West Pavilion can serve as a perfect location for just about any occasion. Located just south of Buffalo Bill’s legendary Scouts Rest Ranch and west of the Lincoln County Historical Museum, the Wild West Arena is surrounded by the beauty and heritage of Nebraska.

Repairs to the grandstand stairs made possible by improvement grants from North Platte/Lincoln County Convention & Visitors Bureau and Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation based in North Platte.

Coming from the East(First Exit) :

  • Get off @ Exit 179 turn right (north)
  • Go to stop sign, cross HWY 30, over viaduct (this becomes 12th Street)
  • At 1st stop light, continue straight (west) this becomes Rodeo Road
  • Follow Rodeo Rd. to 3rd stop light, turn right (north) onto Buffalo Bill Ave.
  • Watch for signs to Arena

Coming from the East (Second Exit) :

  • Get off @ Exit 177, turn right, to downtown
  • You will be on Dewey one way, which curves into No. Jeffers
  • Continue on Jeffers over viaduct to 12th or Rodeo Road, turn left
  • Follow 12th Street/Rodeo Road to Buffalo Bill Avenue (3rd stop light) Turn right (north)
  • Watch for signs to Arena

Coming from the West:

  • Get off @ Exit 177, go left over the over pass to town
  • You will be on Dewey one way, which curves into No. Jeffers
  • Follow Jeffers over viaduct to 12th Street or Rodeo Road. Turn left (west)
  • Follow Rodeo Road to 3rd stop light. Turn right on Buffalo Bill Avenue. (north)
  • Watch for signs to Arena
